LUXURY CERAM is responsible for handling data collected on this website. Forms collect your name, email, phone number and project information. Fields marked optional are not required. Your details are used to respond to contact, quote and technical-information requests, without subscribing you to a newsletter.
Use and retention
Processing is based on pre-contractual steps you request, or our legitimate interest in answering other questions and securing the website. Enquiries are kept while your project and its follow-up are handled, then deleted when no longer needed, except for legal obligations or the defence of claims. Access is limited to authorised staff and necessary technical providers.
Hosting and security
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Your enquiries are saved in a private server file and our team is notified by email. Technical connection data may be processed for security. Processing locations depend on hosting and email services; contact us for information about providers and safeguards for any transfers outside the EEA.
Cookies
No advertising trackers or analytics tools are installed. Only essential navigation storage is used: catalogue filters and scroll position for the session, and notice dismissal for up to 180 days. Google Maps opens only when you select its link.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and its applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Email connect@luxuryceram.com. We normally respond within one month, unless a GDPR-permitted extension applies. You may also lodge a complaint with CNIL.
